John and Brianna explained how to redeem a bunch of GM reward credits and also suggested I call in to have my 2 accounts--one pegged to email acct and the other to my GM card into one as there were MANY. which I did once I was home. Malibu was returned spotless--run through the car wash. Extremely pleased w. the entire appt and am grateful. The Flemington dealership sits 25 miles from my home with 2 othe options available--GM dealers closer. Not interested!
